TINUBU PRAISE BUHARI OVER THE CAPTURE OF BOKOHARAM

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has expressed delight over the capture of the Sambisa Forest and the flushing out of the Boko Haram insurgents by the Nigerian Army.

In a statement on Sunday by his media office, Tinubu congratulated the nation, President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian troops for last Friday’s onslaught on the insurgents when the army’s Operation Lafiya Dole troops finally entered and seized Boko Haram’s Camp Zero located in the heart of Sambisa Forest.

While commending the troops for their bravery and resilience, Tinubu urged Nigerians to spare a moment to pray for the soldiers, who, he said, had given the nation a wonderful Christmas gift by crushing the terrorists.

He urged the soldiers to consolidate on the victory by finishing the fight with the rescue of the abducted Chibok schoolgirls.

The statement read partly, “I congratulate the nation, President Buhari and the army for crushing Boko Haram in their last stronghold of Sambisa Forest. I congratulate the troops of Operation Lafiya Dole for their bravery and resilience. They have given the nation a most wonderful Christmas gift.

“I know the insurgents were engaged in their last desperate acts and merely clutching to their last straw. Now they have been put down. Terror will have no place in our land. The end is here.

“I commend the troops. I thank them again for their courage and bravery. It’s time to finish the job and locate and liberate the remaining Chibok schoolgirls abducted from their school in 2014.

“As we sink ourselves in the Christmas celebration, let us remember to pray for the troops. Let us remember that for them, there was no Christmas.

“Let us also spare a thought for the Internally Displaced Persons. We must support them and give them hope”.

HEATH UPDATE; How to get your stomach flat within four weeks.

however, needs to include diet modifications, regular cardio activity and core strengthening exercises. Losing this fat won’t just make you look better -- it will also reduce your risk for diseases such as breast cancer, metabolic syndrome and diabetes, according to MayoClinic.com.

Plan for Fat Loss

If you want to lose belly fat, it’s important to set fat loss goals. These goals will help you consistently lose weight, which assists with getting a flatter stomach. A safe fat loss is 1 to 2 lbs. a week, which is 4 to 8 lbs. a month. Accomplish this goal by burning 3,500 to 7,000 calories weekly through a reduced-calorie diet and regular aerobic activity. Toning exercises are also necessary to tone the core muscles and develop a flatter stomach.

Special Foods

There are foods that promote a leaner and flatter stomach. For example, almonds contain high amounts of fiber and magnesium. Magnesium is a mineral linked to building muscle and developing stronger abs. "Fitness" magazine recommends 1 oz. of almonds daily to get these benefits. Also, add omega-3 fatty acids to your diet. This nutrient improves your metabolism and helps you feel full for longer. Salmon, flaxseed and walnuts are sources of omega-3 fatty acid.

Soy is another food that promotes a flat stomach. Dieters who drink soy milk appear to lose more weight than those who don’t, according to "Fitness." Consume 25 g of soy protein from whole soybean sources daily.

Cardio Activity

Cardio activity is a tool that helps burn stomach fat. Select activities that align with your fat loss goals. For example, if you want to lose 4 lbs. a month, you need to burn 500 calories daily. Eating 300 fewer calories and exercising to burn 200 calories daily accomplishes this goal. Therefore, you need to find cardio activities that shed 200 or more calories per session. Water aerobics, walking at 3.5 mph or faster and bike riding meet this goal in an hour session for a 160-lb. person, according to MayoClinic.com.

Core Training

Develop stronger abdominal muscles. Photo Credit Stockbyte/Stockbyte/Getty Images
Complete two to three core training sessions each week to develop stronger abdominals within a month. Always leave a day of rest between strengthening sessions to promote muscle repair. Exercises such as the pelvic tilt are effective for building a stronger core. Lie on an exercise mat with your knees bent. Engage your core muscles and lift your pelvis towards the ceiling. Hold the contraction for 10 counts and release. Complete 10 repetitions during your workout session.

The abdominal hold is another effective exercise. Use a firm chair to complete this exercise. Sit on the chair with your feet on the floor and hands braced on the edge of the chair. Use your core muscles to bring your feet 2 to 4 inches off the ground. Hold the contraction up to 10 seconds and release. Repeat the movement for 60 seconds.

BREAKING!!! Wizkid To Face 11-Year Jail Term As Ugandan Court Issues Arrest Warrant

star-boy's superstar wizkid Ayo, has been issued an arrest warrant, by the ugandan court, for allegedly cancelling his show, which he was already paid for. Wizkid and management claimed that they were unable to fly from USA, to uganda for some reasons.

Over 25,000 Ugandans had paid for tickets in anticipation of Africa’s biggest musician of 2016.
Wizkid apologised, but fresh hearsay suggested that the ‘Ojuelegba’ singer may have cancelled the concert due to the recent crisis in Kasese District, Uganda. MTV
Organisers of the event, Face TV, lodged a criminal complaint against Wizkid and his manager vide Case No. 875 of 2016 on charges of:

1. Obtaining money by false pretences, which carries a maximum sentence of five years

2. Cheating, which carries three years

3. Conspiracy to defraud which also carries a maximum of three years.

The court documents further reveal that substantial expenses in booking and re-booking flights, hotel, venue, advertising and promotions for the concert grossed over $300,000 (over N144m).
Wizkid, who is presently tending to health issues in the US, and his manager, Sunday Are, have been issued an arrest warrant to be produced in court on or before January 16, 2017.

On December 9, the ‘Ojuelegba’ singer announced via Twitter he’s cancelled his homecoming concert due to health reasons.

‘I’ve been on the road for 2 years touring and doing what I love without a break,’ he said. ‘And now it’s all catching up on me.’

The Starboy homecoming concert was planned to take place at Eko Convention

LOLLL.......

Funny just saw this hilarious photo, but seriously most of our Nigerian politicians if not all, need to be school, because it is obvious they don't know what they are doing.

WIZKID GETS NOMINATED FOR GRAMMY AWARDS

Talented Nigerian music export and Star Boy Music Worldwide act, Wizkid, has been tagged in the prestigious Grammy Awards nominees list for his role in Drake’s hit single “One Dance”. The track, which also features Kyla, is off Drake’s award winning album “Views” which stood out as one of the best albums released in 2016. Drake’s album, in which Wizkid appeared, made the highly coveted “Album of the year” category, competing against other award winning artistes like Adele, Beyonce, and Justin Bieber. Wizkid has had a tremendous year with top notch awards credited to him. Worthy of mentions are his Bill Board appearance as the first Nigerian to emerge on that list, MTV Europe Music Awards (Best African Act), 2016 MAMA awards (Best African Act), 2016 MOBO Awards, AFRIMA awards, the Headies (Nomination), and just recently, his appearance on the Grammy Awards among others. Wizkid’s international prominence started when his Ojuelegba hit single had American rapper Drake and English rapper with Nigerian descent, Skepta, on the remix.
